One of Türkiye’s most prestigious gatherings in the maritime sector, MAST İzmir Boat Show – the 4th Boat, Boat Equipment and Marine Accessories Fair – has begun welcoming its visitors with more than 350 marine vessels. With a wide product range from 100,000 TL to 30 million TL, the fair stands out as one of the most important pre-season events in the industry.
Hosted by İzmir Metropolitan Municipality and organized in cooperation with İZFAŞ and ED Fuarcılık between April 29 and May 3, MAST İzmir Boat Show has opened its doors. Drawing attention with the fact that 70% of the boats exhibited are domestically produced, the opening ceremony was attended by İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Mayor Dr. Zafer Levent Yıldır, İzmir Chamber of Commerce Assembly Chairman Selami Özpoyraz, Aegean Region Chamber of Industry (EBSO) Vice Chairman Hakan Ürün, EBSO Assembly Vice Chairman İzzet Şanlı, İZDENİZ Chairman of the Board Dr. Işıkhan Güler, İZFAŞ General Manager Tuğçe Cumalıoğlu, ED Fuarcılık Founding Partners Dilek Soydan and Emel Yılmaz, along with representatives of chambers, associations, NGOs, political parties, and industry professionals.
Bringing together world-renowned boat brands and leading domestic manufacturers, the fair will continue until May 3. The marine vehicles on display, ranging from 3 to 15 meters in length and starting at 100,000 TL, offer options for every budget and taste, providing sea enthusiasts with a comprehensive experience.
Yıldır: İzmir is a city integrated with the sea
İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Mayor Dr. Zafer Levent Yıldır stated, “İzmir is a city integrated with the sea. For İzmir, the sea does not merely mean water; beyond that, it represents culture, trade, and production. This event should be evaluated within that framework.”
Emphasizing İzmir’s strong position in the maritime sector, Yıldır said, “Supporting the sector and making its strength visible is a responsibility for everyone. This fair reflects that approach in practice. This is a space where a vast history meets design and technology. I am not surprised by the increasing number of participants. There are vessels appealing to everyone. I must say I was very impressed. I believe the future of upcoming MAST İzmir Boat Show fairs is very bright. I saw both advanced technology and excellent designs. This is a unique culture, and the fair offers the opportunity to experience it firsthand.”
Soydan: The last fair before the season
ED Fuarcılık Founding Partner Dilek Soydan said, “This is one of our first fairs, so it holds a special place for us. Since the first day, we have felt at home at Fuar İzmir. The most expensive boat at the fair is 30 million TL

With a price range from 100,000 TL to 30 million TL, the exhibition appeals not only to industry professionals but also to boat and yacht enthusiasts. The fair will host a wide visitor profile, including brokers, yacht sales and charter agencies, distributors, importers and exporters, wholesale buyers, and designers.
